"I rode bikes back in the early '80's, not Harley, but a Suzuki 850, which back then was a top-of-the-line bike. Fast forward 20 years, and all the guys I work with are riding new bikes and making me jealous, so I went down to Doyle's and spoke with Dana. Not only did he know his stuff, but put me at ease in looking. Now I'm an owner of a '07 1200 Sportster Custom and LOVE IT!. Thank you Dana and staff for a great purchase experiance. I'm planning to ride this for a few years and move up. You can bet the next purchase will be at Doyle's also."

"Very low pressure sales, almost too low. At first I couldn't really get the info I was looking for without asking a lot of specific questions. Once I decided, I called on a Sunday to see if the deal could be done that day. The only problem was insurance. Being new to Oregon I wasn't aware you HAVE to have motorcycle insurance BEFORE you can buy a motorcycle. In California, you are automatically covered no matter what you buy as long as you have some type of current auto insurance. After contacting HD insurance, they were able to get a policy started that very day and they were about 30% cheaper than Progressive. Once that was done, the rest of the paperwork was a breeze. Thanks to Dana and Melody, they made my purchase as painless as possible. I hope the service dept does as good as job with customer service. I haven't had the chance to use them yet."

"I just stopped into Doyle's Harley Davidson, to see what was going on one saturday, and ran into Mark.He's a walking encyclopedia of Harley info. He answered ALL my questions and more.He turned me over to the "strong arm" number chruncher,Victoria,who used Godfather tactics on me. She made me a deal I couldn't refuse.Mike talked me into almost all the chrome in the catalog,and LaRae,had me try on jackets,shirts and helmets.The whole staff greeted me promptly making me feel very welcome,each person I talked with knew there product knowlage and if they didn't they found out right then and there.If your looking for a bike,Doyle's IS the place to go.Customer service ,staff and products,get five stars.Thanks for a wonderful experience."

"I purchased a 2007 Ultra Classic on October 10, 2006 at Doyles. I had been casually shopping for a new Harley for the last couple of years. I had been riding my 1992 FXRS Convertible for 16 years, and thought it would be nice to have a bigger bike since my wife and I had retired. I visited Harley dealerships in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho during those two years. There were a couple of shops out of state that impressed me and I was planning on buying a new Harley in the Spring of 2007. I ran across Doyle's website and saw the Ultra Classic I liked and the price was fair. This was on a Saturday, and I immediately called and talked with Ozzie. He was very helpful and when I asked about financing he transferred me to Melody. She was extremely helpful and said she would call me back. Within 20 minutes she called back with the interest rate. I considered the purchase for an hour, called her back and said I'd be over to Eugene on Monday to pick it up. She asked me to wait until Tuesday since they were in the process of installing new software and was afraid that that might slow down the process. My experience with Ozzie, Melody and Marc has been outstanding. Even though I have ridden Harleys for a long time, I haven't always liked the attitude at some Harley dealerships. The Doyle Staff is remarkable. They are friendly, go out of their way to help make the deal, and then go the extra mile to make service a good experience. I couldn't be happier with the Doyle experience....they are truely uncommon. Professional, friendly, and competent! I have been to a lot of Harley Davidson Dealerships and I highly recommend Doyle's Harley Davidson in Eugene. Friendly people who are committed to their customers! Thanks Ozzie, Melody,Marc and the folks in the service department! I'll be coming back for a long, long time! "

"Mark, Ozzy, and Melody were a pleasure to deal with. I had gone into your shop a couple of time to look at the bikes. I like the fact that I didn't feel preasured at all while I was at the store. I then went to the Sportsman Show at the fair grounds. Mark recognized me from being in the store which I thought was impressive to say the least since I'm sure he talks to a lot of people in his line of business. "At the end of July this year 2005 several of our close friends went on vacation for two weeks when I developed a problem with an oil leak. I came home and Monday morning brought my bike in to see Don. Doyel's was booked solid and Don found time to change out the seals on my bike that day. "Oregon is our home away from home for several months every summer. The staff at Doyle's HD have become members of our extended family. Doyle's HD is a very accomodating dealership, easy to do business with and are "Satisfaction Oriented". Though we do get our bikes serviced regularly as needed during our exstensive travels around the country, we always wait until we get back to Oregon for any major service, upgrades or custom work, so the work can be performed by the Doyle's service team. We have purchased 3 bikes from Doyle's and based on their level of commitment, any future bike purchases we make will be from them. With all that said, stop in and meet these folks.
